Employees with no previous related work experience come in through the following routes:
Graduate Internship Employment Scheme (GIES)
The GIES scheme provides opportunity for graduates meeting the below criteria to intern with the firm for the duration of two years after which:
- Candidates with degrees outside accounting, economics, business administration and finance and yet to commence any accounting related professional examination.
- Second Class -Lower graduate of any discipline
Graduate Trainee Recruitment (GTR)
To qualify for this employment route, candidate must meet all of the following criteria:
- A Second Class –Upper (2.1) graduate of accounting, economics, business administration or finance or
- A Second Class –Upper (2.1) graduate of other discipline who have commenced accounting related certification exams
We also hire experienced employees in areas of assurance, tax and advisory from time to time.
